This homework is to program the IBM Q yourself.

It is from `Programming Quantum Computers: A Primer with IBM Q and D-Wave Exercises <https://arcb.csc.ncsu.edu/~mueller/qc/qc-tut/>`_ by Frank Mueller, Patrick Dreher, Greg Byrd held at PPoPP (Feb 2019) ASPLOS'19 (Apr 2019).

Read and do parts 1 and 2.  Run deutsch-josza.ipynb.

Upload a printout of the result.   Include enough to make a convincing case that you got it to run.

Total: 20 points.
